SHORT DESCRIPTION
The Regional Marketing Director oversees marketing strategies at Champlain Valley Senior Community and Vilas Home, focusing on attracting residents and building community relationships.
The Regional Marketing Director is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing the facility’s marketing strategies to attract new residents, build community relationships, and enhance the facility’s reputation. This individual will work closely with leadership to ensure that all marketing efforts align with the facility’s goals and values while meeting the needs of prospective residents and their families. This individual will also be promoting both facilities, Champlain Valley Senior Community as well as Vilas Home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies:
○ Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the facility's goals, including outreach, advertising, digital campaigns, and community relations.
○ Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
○ Maintain market driven analysis results like spreadsheets, data, etc.
- Brand Management:
○ Manage and protect the facility's brand identity through all marketing channels, ensuring consistency across all messaging and materials.
○ Oversee the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, websites, and social media content.
- Lead Generation and Conversion:
○ Drive lead generation efforts by developing campaigns targeting potential residents and their families, focusing on specific demographics.
○ Track and manage inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion to inquiries or tours.
- Digital Marketing & Social Media:
○ Manage the facility’s social media presence, including posting content, engaging with the community, and creating campaigns to increase awareness and attract new residents.
- Community Outreach and Networking:
○ Build relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, senior organizations, and local community partners to generate referrals and enhance the facility's visibility in the community.
○ Organize and participate in local events, fairs, or expos to promote the facility and connect with potential residents and families.
- Budget Management:
○ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently across various marketing channels.

Location: Champlain Valley Senior Community & Vilas Home with Vilas being home base. Reports to: Executive Director
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
