QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven leadership and project management skills, proficiency in digital marketing platforms, and strong communication abilities.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
OneDigital seeks a Regional Marketing Director to drive growth and client retention through innovative marketing strategies, collaboration with sales, and leadership of a regional marketing team.
- Leadership: Serve as a key stakeholder on the regional leadership team, providing marketing insights to support the growth of the region; act as an important liaison for regional needs with the national marketing organization.
- Market Analysis: Understand diverse market dynamics (both geographic and business divisions) to assess opportunities for growth and differentiation in the market; understand competitor positioning and identify marketing strategies to address gaps/needs, monitor results for maximum impact on profitability, brand consistency, and overall market growth.
- Performance Metrics: Set and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Marketing Plans and Budget Management: Develop, direct, and implement market-level marketing plans and associated budgets—including digital lead generation activities, email marketing campaigns, webinars, and PR. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Data-Driven Strategies and Customer Insights: Use customer insights to drive marketing strategies and ensure messaging resonates with ideal customers across all business lines; team up with OneDigital’s national marketing technology manager to strengthen our quality, depth, and usability of data analytics to measure digital campaign effectiveness and inform marketing decisions.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Brand Awareness: Generate brand awareness in the market, including community partnerships, PR, event marketing, key market messaging, and execution.
- Content Development: Oversee content development, execution, and management for all marketing channels, including media (online and print), website and social, and branded collateral (including videos).
- Event Strategy: Develop industry event strategy and plan, and provide executive oversight for in-market event execution with the support of marketing managers and specialists.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic partnerships with external parties such as media and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Foster and develop relationships with regional, local market, and practice leaders; collaborate with leaders to establish goals, monitor, analyze, and present results of marketing efforts.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance to help team members grow.
- Leadership: Servant-hearted leader who likes to be in the trenches with their team; proven track record in leadership and team management.
- Experience: 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibilities, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience working 1-1 with sales leadership and business development executives (sales) to develop new business strategy is a must.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working cross-functionally, especially across marketing, sales, and client services.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and problem solve.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience serving as a project lead: plan, organize, and manage the execution of multiple complex projects.
- Technical Skills: Experience with design platforms like Canva and PowerPoint, and organizational tools like Microsoft Teams and Asana.
- Communication Skills: Strong business writing and communication skills, including comfort working with executive-level stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of marketing trends with the ability to translate concepts into compelling narratives for a wide range of audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Must be self-motivated and disciplined; demonstrated ability to take initiative.
- Digital Marketing Platforms: Experience using Hubspot, CRM, and other digital marketing and sales platforms.
- Collaboration: Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with others of all levels.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Travel: Ability to travel within the region as needed to different offices. Ability to travel to corporate, if requested. This is a hybrid role and will require in-office time depending on the location of the candidate.
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience with increasing responsibilities.
- Proven management experience with multiple direct reports.
- Proven experience managing multi-discipline marketing program that supports a variety of business or product lines
- Experience developing and measuring marketing performance and KPIs.
