The OneDigital Mid-Atlantic Region [DMV: DC, Maryland, VA; OH; PA, NJ, DE] is looking for an emerging marketing rock star to join our organization as a Regional Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator. We're looking for an individual who demonstrates a desire to help power our growth by working closely with the marketing and sales team to support the frontline needs of our region. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to a wide variety of marketing functions—including building the brand regionally and locally, supporting industry events (both in-person and virtual), designing collateral, and deploying digital strategies like email and social.
As a Marketing & Sales Enablement Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing marketing and sales needs as identified through the Mid-Atlantic “marketing inbox” and other regional initiatives. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Client teams, including individual development (sales) associates and consultants, to provide consistent enablement services and deliverables to Mid-Atlantic colleagues. Tasks and projects assigned include, but are not limited to:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support RFPs through formatting and final packaging
  • Own reporting for Voice of the Customer (VOC), marketing intake form(s), digital ad campaigns, emails, Intent Data, and Client 360 interactions.
  • Lead Triage through HubSpot and D365 support and promoting best practices.
  • Engage with regional client and prospect marketing data; leverage data analytics to improve customer experience, innovation, and go-to-market strategy for new solutions; use marketing tools to track and analyze customer/prospect interaction data.
  • Supports the execution of industry events (in-person, webinars, and customer advisory focus groups) where applicable, developing print collateral, landing pages, registration form, executing marketing automation activities and event analytics.
  • Collaborates with the regional marketing director and the marketing team to reply to marketing in-take requests and update Planner board with details/labels; identify trends and areas of opportunity for standard materials in marketing library.
  • Support with design requests (website updates, ads, etc.) and provide support to other marketers as needed.
  • Owns the organization of enablement materials and maintains marketing files (Seismic, SharePoint, Intranet)
  • Manages OneDigital.com website pages (teams, profiles, blog posts, events).
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working with platforms like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Microsoft Products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams as well as Zoom, On24, social media channels
  • Experience working with much of the following: social, (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, etc.) digital, (WordPress, Google Analytics, etc.), design (Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint), email (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Survey Monkey) and data (Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office Suite especially, and using online software to manage your work;
  • Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and interviewing skills are essential
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills, organizational skills and acute attention to detail
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined, and willing to learn
  • Familiarity with video or podcast recording, a plus!
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally for in-person events and internal conferences
Education, Training and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred, or within Communications or a related business field
  • B2B marketing experience, a plus!
  • Minimum of two years prior marketing experience, preferred
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $23.08 to $26.44 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
