Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated region, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience in automotive marketing sales with strong industry connections.
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business in the $500K+ range.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching to the sales team
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and customer service
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated success in technology sales or related field
  • Ability to lead a high-performing sales team to achieve targets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
