SHORT DESCRIPTION

Seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the West region sales team, drive business development, manage customer relationships, and develop a high-performing sales environment while travelling up to 50%.

Koroseal Interior Products (Koroseal) is a leading national designer, distributer and manufacturer of commercial interior products including wallcoverings, wall protection, and dry-erase wallcoverings. Koroseal Interior Products is in search of a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead its sales team in the West region. This individual will drive strategic business development within the assigned territory, manage and develop the sales team, and oversee critical sales activities. The RSM is instrumental in ensuring product placement, monitoring sampling, managing customer relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales environment. This is a remote position based in California that will report to the VP of Sales – West. This role will require travel up to 50%.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor and manage sales rep activities, including sampling, entertainment, project tracking, and account management.
  • Provide quarterly and annual performance reviews focused on call quality and quantity, entertainment, sample activity, and project execution.
  • Market and Customer Focus
  • Dedicate 25-50% of time in the field; travel as required.
  • Foster strong relationships with designers, architects, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Provide market feedback, develop market opportunities, and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Team Development
  • Train, evaluate, and mentor the sales team.
  • Conduct product training for sales representatives, including presentations, new product launches, and ongoing education.
  • Organize and lead monthly/quarterly territory meetings.
  • Administrative and Analytical Duties
  • Maintain accurate and timely Salesforce entries for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Conduct brand surveys, representation reviews, and sales estimations for market areas.
  • Report on market trends, competitive insights, and product development opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • Industry-related experience with designers, architects, contractors, and facility managers. Interior finish industry experience is a plus.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with product marketing and sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM (Salesforce) and project management software.
  • Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for a prolonged period of time.
  • Occasional standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 10 pounds) may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Pay Transparency

At Koroseal Interior Products, we are committed to complying with California's pay transparency laws. For individuals working in or applying to positions located in California, the expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $115,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

In addition to base salary, Koroseal offers a competitive commission structure and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plans, paid time off, and other employee perks.
