QUALIFICATIONS

The Firm EXP is seeking a Relationship Development/Sales role to drive our partnership initiatives and play a key role in expanding our market presence. This in-office role combines marketing expertise with business development, offering occasional travel throughout the Mid-West Coast and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business Outreach & Development:
- Identify and visit potential partners, including law firms, medical offices, insurance agencies, real estate firms, and other high-value businesses.
- Implement sales strategies to secure partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- Marketing & Revenue Expansion:
- Lead marketing efforts to boost brand visibility and attract new clientele.
- Develop and execute campaigns to highlight our services and offerings.
- Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective partners, fostering long-term collaborations.
- Act as a key point of contact to ensure partner satisfaction and retention.
- Market Analysis & Networking:
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent The Firm EXP at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to promote our services.
- Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel throughout Northern Utah for partnership development.
- Infrequent travel to California, Texas, Colorado, and Washington (approximately once per quarter).
