SHORT DESCRIPTION
Corpay is seeking a Relationship Management Initiatives Analyst to oversee corporate payment initiatives, track processes, and enhance client relationships while working in a fully remote environment.
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Relationship Management Initiatives Analyst within our Corporate Payments division. The Relationship Management Initiatives Analyst is responsible for the overall management of Corpay RM assigned initiatives, this role is accountable for the process flow, execution, tracking & reporting of assigned GM, EVP and President assigned initiatives. This position will report directly to our Senior Vice President of Relationship Management.

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Develop RM project plan for initiatives/projects assigned
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders involved with the initiatives/projects
- Demonstrate marketing and technical expertise through assessment of approach, resources, and contacts as needed to complete tasks and deliver on deadlines
- Research and analysis on vertical segmentation. Developing playbooks, industry expertise, key best practices
- Develop and monitor client financial performance including renewal planning, re-pricing playbooks and profitability levels
- Preparation for, and lead Quarterly Business updates to internal stakeholders on best practices, industry information and voice of the customer information
- Provide feedback to management on market trends as represented by our clients
- Maintain a high level of FinTech and payment processing knowledge
- Understanding existing procedures and uncover where efficiencies can be made
- 2+ years of experience in Analytical experience
- 2+ years of Excel and PowerPoint experience
- FinTech and payment processing experience dealing with clients directly
- Confident, self-motivated individual with 8+ client management or sales experience handling complex clients maintaining positive relationships
- Strategic thinker and ability to understand technology and financials
- Strong data analytics experience with data analysis; ability to diagnose, strategize growth of existing portfolio
- An excellent communicator with good presentation skills with proven track record of establishing & maintaining relationships at C level
- A team player with superior organization and multi-tasking skills that can define, structure and prioritize work and influence internal stakeholders and most of all, the desire to learn and succeed
- Enjoys a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and processes strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
