Remote Self Storage Operations Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Storage Operations Manager to oversee our facilities. We have virtual assistants working for us managing our 5 Storage locations and need someone who can help manage those virtual assistants and deal with the day to day operations of our facilities. You will work closely with the owners as they acquire more facilities, onboard those facilities and optimize them over time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day to day management of the facilities remotely
• Work with, manage and train our virtual assistants as they perform their roles as our storage managers
• Ensure our tenants and potential tenants have pleasant experience with our company
• Create and follow up on necessary tasks in our operating system
• Help improve our self storage operations with your unique experience
• Help improve our online and social media marketing
• Improve our sales conversion and implement systems to track our ratios
• Make decisions on behalf of ownership
• Make suggestions and shape the way we move forward with our company.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
