I. Job Overview
Responsible for promoting and selling the company's digital marketing services in the local US market, covering various channels such as TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites. Through active customer development and professional sales strategies, achieve sales goals and increase the company's market share in the digital marketing field.
II. Main Responsibilities
- Customer development
- Use various channels such as industry exhibitions, online platforms, and social media to find potential local US customers, establish contacts, and expand customer resources.
- Develop and implement customer development plans, regularly follow up with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized digital marketing solutions.
- Cooperate with the marketing team to participate in marketing activities to increase the company's brand awareness and attract more potential customers.
- Sales and promotion
- Introduce the company's digital marketing services in detail to customers, including TikTok marketing strategies, Amazon advertising services, Google Ads optimization, independent website construction and promotion, etc.
- According to the customer's business goals and budget, develop customized digital marketing plans and conduct plan presentations and sales negotiations.
- Follow up on customer project progress to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, and promote customer renewal and referrals.
- Market research
- Pay attention to the dynamics of the US digital marketing market, understand the services and prices of competitors, and provide suggestions for optimizing the company's products and services.
- Collect customer feedback and market demands, and cooperate with the product team to develop new digital marketing services and products.
- Analyze sales data and market trends and develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
- Customer relationship management
- Establish and maintain good customer relationships, communicate with customers regularly to understand their business development and changes in needs.
- Handle customer complaints and problems in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide digital marketing training and consulting services to customers to help them better use the company's services to improve business results.
III. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majors in marketing, advertising, e-commerce, etc. are preferred.
- Have at least 2 years of digital marketing sales experience and be familiar with digital marketing channels such as TikTok, Amazon, Google Ads, and independent websites.
- Have good communication and negotiation skills and be able to establish good relationships with different types of customers.
- Have strong market analysis and sales planning abilities and be able to develop effective sales strategies and plans.
- Have a team spirit and be able to collaborate with internal teams to complete sales tasks.
- Be proficient in using office software and have a certain ability of data analysis.
