SHORT DESCRIPTION
Seeking a Marketing Manager – Content to oversee the creation and optimization of digital content aligned with marketing goals, fostering collaboration and storytelling within a dynamic environment.
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with the company’s marketing goals and business objectives.
- Create content calendars to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all channels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand audience needs and create tailored content plans.
- Oversee the creation of various types of content in collaboration with our agency partners, including blogs, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, case studies, white papers, videos, and more.
- Write and edit compelling copy that engages target audiences and supports brand voice and messaging.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and adjust strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
- Conduct regular audits of existing content to identify opportunities for optimization and repurposing.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, tone, and guidelines.
- Review content to ensure accuracy, compliance with legal requirements, and adherence to best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, with a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Moz or Hotjar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative, strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
- Experience working with business leaders, including into the C-suite
