Retail And Live Online Sale Associate With Social Media Knowledge

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic retail sales associate to join a new retail boutique selling high end womans vintage clothing. In this role your tasks will be hosting online live sales, in store sales, communicating with buyers, inventory, merchandising, social media maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and managing inventory levels.
• Perform basic math calculations to ensure accurate sales invoices
• Uphold company policies regarding returns, exchanges, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail and online sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is advantageous.
• Strong phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role. Upbeat perrsonality
