Seeking an Entry Level Retail Event Assistant to engage customers at retail events, provide product knowledge, and enhance brand experiences while fostering client relationships.
We partner with a diverse range of businesses to help them achieve their marketing, sales goals and brand awareness goals through engaging in-person retail events. Every day, we create impactful retail experiences that generate buzz and excitement for our client’s products and services. By organizing and attending engaging events, we bring brands to life while building meaningful connections with customers. We are seeking an Entry Level Retail Event Assistant to provide customer service and product knowledge to our customer base.

We coach, train, and equip every member of our Retail Event Team on the entire campaign development and sales process. The Entry Level Retail Assistant takes on a hands-on role, overseeing campaign execution, coordinating event preparations, and building customer relationships.
Entry Level Retail Event Assistant Responsibilities:
- Showcase home improvement products and services directly to customers by engaging with them inside various retail facilities
- Generate interest and potential leads for our clients services
- Stay informed on industry and competitive trends and regularly inform sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities to improve event and sales strategies
- Build a sense of trust and meaningful connections with our community, leaving a lasting impact on your assigned campaign
- Collaborate with fellow Retail Event Assistants to plan and create brand awareness and drive sales at events
- Represent our brand story in a professional and meaningful manner
- Interact with consumers in a friendly manner and build memorable brand experiences to create memorable brand experiences and a positive buzz
- Attend in-person and virtual events to increase client knowledge
- Continuously refine and implement event and sales strategies to align the client's current objectives and goals
Entry Level Retail Event Assistant Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in a client or customer-facing position (i.e. sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing or brand awareness)
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications or business management is preferred but not required
- Compassionate and understanding demeanor
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environment
- Ambitious towards growth and career advancement opportunities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
