We are looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our retail experience and brands to life.
The Retail Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives that drive traffic, enhance customer experience, and elevate the Tradecraft Farms brand across our retail locations. This role will support the marketing team in creating and implementing campaigns, coordinating events, managing in-store promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Duties
- Collaborate with the procurement, vendor and retail teams to execute promotional strategies and campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and customer loyalty.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of in-store marketing materials, including signage, posters, menus, and digital screens, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Plan and support execution of retail events, such as product launches, customer appreciation days, and pop-up activations, while working cross-functionally with retail teams and vendors.
- Manage the retail marketing calendar, ensuring all campaigns, promotions, and events are on schedule and well communicated to internal teams.
- Support loyalty program initiatives, including promotional planning, member communications, and program performance tracking.
- Collect, analyze, and report on retail marketing metrics, such as foot traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement, to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the production of on-brand marketing content, including visuals, messaging, and product displays.
- Assist in coordinating vendor partnerships, product education initiatives, and co-branded activations.
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts by providing content ideas, capturing in-store visuals, and coordinating location-specific promotions.
- Act as a key liaison between marketing, retail operations, and store leadership to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
Skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Strong understanding of analytics tools to measure campaign performance and derive insights for continuous improvement.
- Experience with advertising sales processes and techniques to effectively promote products or services.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices for online retailing.
- Knowledge of product management principles to assist in the development of new offerings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Creative problem-solving abilities coupled with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, retail operations, or event coordination (cannabis industry experience a plus).
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and project management tools (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus).
- Experience with retail loyalty programs, in-store marketing, or event planning preferred.
- Passion for cannabis, retail culture, and customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
