RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet customers and provide excellent service, assist in product selection, operate POS system, maintain knowledge of sales and promotions, handle inquiries and complaints, stock shelves, perform cash handling, maintain sales floor organization, and provide logistical support for customer orders.

Retail Sales Associate
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Serve as a brand ambassador for LAID Hair Care & LAID Beauty Bar
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Provide logistical support and transportation of items from the store to customers.
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of beauty sales, beauty products and beauty product marketing across social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and merchandise display
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries over the phone
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
