Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, detail-oriented, and analytical Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our fast-growing Brand Partnerships team at Doing Things. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the Sales Operations team, driving the alignment and optimization of processes, tools, and teams essential for revenue generation, analysis, and forecasting. Collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and finance, you will oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of Brand Partnerships revenue data. Your insights and process improvements will directly influence key decisions, enhancing efficiency and supporting revenue growth.

To excel in this position, you should have expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, Excel, and data visualization platforms, enabling you to build impactful dashboards and streamline workflows. Your ability to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in driving scalable success for the company. Responsibilities

  • Analyze revenue trends, performance metrics, and KPIs, and build dashboards and reports for leadership
  • Provide actionable insights based on data trends to optimize revenue growth and operational efficiency
  • Identify inefficiencies in revenue-generating or cost-saving processes, implementing improvements, including oversight of Paid Media campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
  • Manage Boostr CRM & OMS system, ensuring seamless integration for a unified source of truth for revenue data
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of account and deal-level data within Boostr
  • Utilize Excel to identify improvement areas in existing templates and workflows, developing optimized solutions
  • Support revenue forecasting and financial planning by analyzing historical data and collaborating with sales ops and finance teams
  • Oversee processes and communications between Brand Partnerships and Finance to drive efficiency and alignment
  • Assist in the execution of research studies, including analyzing results from brand lift studies and sentiment reports
  • Identify problems, troubleshoot solutions, and communicate progress and status to key stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team performance

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of business processes and optimization strategies
  • Proficient in CRM systems such as Boostr, Salesforce, or similar platforms, with a proven track record of using these tools to streamline operations and drive growth
  • Expert in data analysis and translating complex datasets into actionable insights that drive decision-making and business strategy
  • Skilled in data visualization using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with advanced capabilities in Excel for reporting, analysis, and automation
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other ad platforms, managing and optimizing campaigns to drive performance and ROI
  • Proficient in project management tools including Monday.com, G-Suite, Slack, Asana, and Trello, facilitating efficient workflows and collaboration
  • Campaign reporting expertise across multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Snapchat, with a strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPM, engagement rate, and effective rate
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, with previous team management experience a plus
  • Familiarity with media planning processes and strategies, including audience targeting, budgeting, and optimization
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality work while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Adaptability in dynamic work environments, with a proactive approach to solving problems, driving innovation, and embracing change
  • Knowledge of digital marketing trends and industry best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize performance and stay ahead of the curve
