As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will drive business growth through client acquisition, marketing strategy execution, and relationship management in the commercial printing sector.
Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, developing and executing marketing strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. You will work closely with our sales team, production staff, and management to ensure that our printing solutions meet the needs of our clients while effectively promoting our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Prospect new clients and expand the customer base through direct sales calls, email outreach, and networking events.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads within various industries (e.g., retail, education, corporate, etc.) to drive revenue growth.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media, SEO, and print advertisements.
- Brand Promotion: Promote the company’s print products and services across various channels, including online and offline platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities, helping to refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and present tailored sales proposals and marketing materials to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the production and design teams to ensure that all customer requirements are met and exceed expectations.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing regular updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably within the commercial printing or related industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of print production processes is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred, but not required.

Pay: $32,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
