QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in an industrial atmosphere, knowledge of rotating equipment and pumps, proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service skills, and experience in CRM management. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and develop business relationships with existing and new customers, provide customer service support, assist in marketing efforts, manage email marketing and social media accounts, prepare estimates and proposals, and collaborate with sales team on customer needs.

Sales Account Manager Job Description
Maintain relationships over the phone with current customers and potential customers. Be the primary source of contact for your accounts, providing customers with everything they need, i.e. product information, answer questions, providing samples, quoting jobs negotiating terms, timelines, suggestions, credit terms, in general, good customer service.
Work in conjunction with Sales Manager and Foreman to determine customer needs on technical information of product capabilities and limitations. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing ideas. Collaborate with Foreman on scheduling, prioritizing workflow and being the voice of the customer
Requirements
· Maintain relationship with customers, so they continue to use our services
· Establish new customers, involving, prospecting, cold calling, following leads, establishing a rapport, and maintain.
· Assist in Marketing literature
· Organize and manage Email marketing campaign and social media accounts.
· Assembling estimates.
· Building and Organization Proposals
· Maintain customer records, in CRM
· Call and follow up with customers on an establish schedule.
· Proficient with, Microsoft Office
· Customer Service
· Build Inspection Reports to compliment estimates.
