Sales Analyst Intern
LOCATION
Dublin, Ohio (Hybrid work environment with three days in-office)
QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in college with at least one year of completed coursework, interest in sales operations and technology, strong critical and analytical thinking, exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Experience with AI technologies is a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Complete year-end audits on sales compensation, support roll out of compensation plans, learn NetSuite quoting process, analyze multi-year tracking processes, and explore AI incorporation in workflows.

SHORT DESCRIPTION
Join OCLC as a Sales Analyst Intern for summer 2025, contributing to innovative AI solutions while gaining hands-on experience in sales operations and technology.
You'll also participate in a dynamic AI capstone project, exploring innovative solutions and contributing to our AI strategy. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience and make a meaningful impact!
- Complete year end audits on Americas Sales Compensation planning results versus their territory profiles. Work through reconciliations through system research. System experience: NetSuite & Xactly
- Support the roll out of the FY25 Sales compensation plans with any audit, research or system testing support required. System experience: Xactly
- Learn the NetSuite quoting process to support the team with providing price quotes to the sales team in our busy year end process.
- Perform current analysis of multi-year tracking process and work with interdepartmental team to implement the roll out of new functionality in NetSuite by gathering the existing agreement information and ensuring that the information is loaded and audited for these agreements.
- Explore innovative ways to incorporate AI into current workflows or process improvements.
- Currently enrolled in college with at least one year of completed coursework
