Bellingham Forest Products Ltd. is a family-owned wood products manufacturing & distribution business located in Bellingham, Massachusetts. We are currently recruiting for a:

Sales and Business Coordinator

Customer Focus is a core value, and we are dedicated to exceeding customer expectations. As a Sales & Business Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers' needs are met. Additionally, you will keep our social media content up to date. As part of the small team at AFS, you will engage in a variety of tasks as needed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quoting orders
  • Promptly following up on customer inquiries
  • Aligning shipments and inventory releases with customer credit or payment status
  • Following accounts receivables policies and procedures
  • Maintain social media content

Requirements:

  • Must be self-confident, detail oriented and have strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • 3 - 5 years of Industry Experience is preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in marketing, business administration or relevant field; or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
