3 years of experience in Microsoft Office, marketing, and social media management. Must be skilled in office management tools, online tools, video conferencing, and organizational skills for events.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage online marketing presence, coordinate meetings and events, create marketing materials, conduct research on partnerships and vendors, foster internal team relationships, perform general office duties, maintain social media calendar, source events for team participation, and maintain professional registrations.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Support the Sales and Development team by managing online presence, coordinating communications, and handling research while helping to maintain brand visibility and professional relationships.

Purpose: To support the Sales and Development team including managing online presence, communications marketing efforts, schedules/events/meetings, and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate online marketing presence including social media and website
  • Coordinate calendars & meetings, sets appointments
  • Create necessary materials for partner marketing, internal marketing, and brand awareness schemas
  • Provide research support on partnerships, vendors, products and strategies
  • Build functional relationships between Operational teams and Sales & Development team to insure internal cohesiveness using team meetings, calendars, etc.
  • General office duties including letters, emails and server organization, manage contact lists and mailings
  • Social media calendar management
  • Sources local/regional/national events for team attendance and brand visibility
  • Maintain SAM, WBENC an SBA registrations
  • Maintain professional relationships with partners and clients

Job Qualifications:

  • Skilled in office management tools, online tools and research, video conferencing
  • Ability to organize virtual and on site events for partners and internal team
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in Social media platforms - management and scheduling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
