Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Scottsdale, Arizona office. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced company in the real estate marketing space. As part of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our services, building relationships with clients, and helping to expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads, reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and social media, and convert leads into customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering personalized support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, direct mail, social media, and online advertising.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing content, including emails, blog posts, and website copy, to engage prospects and educate them on our services and value proposition.
  • Sales Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on key sales and marketing metrics, analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies to improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Wise Pelican at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive, self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A passion for helping clients succeed and a genuine interest in the real estate industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate marketing or direct mail marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite.
