SHORT DESCRIPTION

This part-time position focuses on growing global brand awareness and supporting business development efforts to drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and social media engagement.

This position focuses on growing global brand awareness and supporting business development efforts to drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include creating and executing marketing strategies across various platforms, expanding the HubSpot CRM database, and identifying new business prospects. The role involves managing e-marketing calendars, executing marketing deliverables, and keeping up with industry trends. Success is measured by brand awareness growth, timely task execution, and CRM development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual marketing plans, including social media and e-marketing strategies.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and engage with the online community.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Business Development to align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Support business development by identifying and submitting new leads to CRM.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials (verbiage, imagery, video).
  • Provide bi-weekly reports on marketing performance.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with the ability to work semi-independently.
  • Experience with social media and digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, and video editing tools (e.g., VSDC).
  • Experience in the Store Décor, Fixtures, or POP/Display industries is a plus, but not required.

Reporting to: Vice President of Business Development

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
