Seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Coordinator to implement strategies for sales growth and brand awareness, while managing a sales team in a part-time position.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. The successful applicant will be expected to have a deep understanding of marketing principles, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve their targets.
Duties
· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to reach new customers and increase brand awareness
· Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
· Develop marketing materials, including print and digital advertising, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Collaborate with the management team to ensure that marketing strategies align with product goals and messaging
· Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement
· Negotiate with advertising sales representatives to secure print and digital advertising placements
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings
· Create and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources
· Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns
Skills
· Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on digital marketing
· Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, product management, and content marketing
· Experience with social media marketing, including social media analytics and campaign management
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to optimize website content for search engines
· Experience with print advertising, including negotiating with advertising sales representatives
· Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, online advertising, and affiliate marketing
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
