Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in increasing awareness of our pain management practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare marketing, a passion for helping others, and the ability to connect with potential patients and medical professionals. You will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, foster relationships, and contribute to the growth of our practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract new patients and referrals.
- Build strong relationships with physicians, healthcare providers, and other referral sources.
- Create and manage content for social media, email newsletters, and our website.
- Promote our services through various channels, including digital marketing, community outreach, and local events.
- Coordinate and attend health fairs, seminars, and educational events to increase practice visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Develop patient education materials and assist in patient engagement initiatives.
- Support the internal team with promotional activities, including referral programs and patient retention strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the pain management field, including treatment options, patient needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, Google Ads, and email marketing software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for healthcare and patient advocacy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing analytics tools is a plus.
