RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage marketing and sales functions to maximize resident occupancy, including campaigns, lead generation, social media support, outreach programming, and community engagement. Set sales goals, maintain a prospect database, coordinate the resident move-in process, and ensure compliance with HR policies.

- PART TWO: FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Position Objective
- Responsible for providing sound marketing and sales functions for Harvest Hill and The Woodlands maximizing resident occupancy in both programs. The marketing and sales functions include: marketing campaigns and events, web presence, and direct mail campaigns to generate leads; direct sales; support social media efforts; inventory tracking; wait list and membership initiatives; and sales database and information management. In addition, provide community outreach programming on behalf of Lifecare. Other responsibilities as needed and assigned by the Lifecare Executive Director.

- In conjunction with the Executive Director and Campus Directors set annual sales goals and targets as part of the annual budget process and development of the marketing and sales operating budget.
- Manage the prospect/lead database program with timely and regular updates. Provide relevant reports generated from the database to the Executive Director and Campus Directors.
- Represent APD Lifecare and related entities in a professional and collegial manner in all communications and meetings with all of our constituents (staff, residents, family of residents, vendors, prospects and their families, community people, etc.,).
- Schedule and hold both meetings and tours on campus with prospective residents.
- Facilitate the entire process that leads to a sale from initial contact through move in with a focus on a “moves management” progression and building and maintaining our wait list and membership programs.
- Participate in the resident contract signing with a focus on move in coordination.
- Track all sales in the database and report to the Executive Director and Campus Directors.
- Marketing
- Under the direction of the Lifecare Executive Director/The Woodlands Campus Director develop and manage an annual marketing campaign that includes; print collateral materials; media advertising (print, radio, TV, social media, Facebook); direct mail; and special events.
- Manage the Lifecare website and support all social media campaigns provided by APDMH External Affairs.
- Develop and manage the Facebook Lifecare site.
- Develop and manage the Marketing and Sales Department budget in conjunction with the Executive Director.
- Manage the Priority Wait List and Membership Programs.
- Create a sustainable “Resident Referral” program.
- Provide sound ongoing communication through strategic contacts via phone calls, emails, cards, notes, face to face meetings with everyone in our leads/prospect database with a focus on getting an initial to eventually get on our Membership or Wait List and to eventually move in.
- Outreach
- Determine with the Executive Director an effective annual approach to community outreach through participation in: community service organizations, fairs and events; local sponsorship support; public speaking opportunities; and the like.
- Facilitate the Community Outreach Plan within the marketing and sales department annual budget.
- Operations
- Meet regularly with the Campus Directors and Facility Manager in order to review available inventory, progress on renovations for move ins or internal transitions, and maintain documentation from this meeting weekly in order to best manage our inventory of apartments.
- Coordinate marketing and sales initiatives with outside vendors (printers, ad placement, moves management firms, event locations).
- Facilitate the new resident move in process and orientation process.
- Ability to work effectively and in a collegial professional manner with colleagues, volunteers, residents, and vendors.
- Ensure personal compliance with Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Partner with the Executive Director, Campus Directors and Harvest Hill and Woodlands staff members in providing an environment that is welcoming to potential residents.
- Work with the Executive Director on learning internal initiatives and external trends that are relevant to the marketing and sales of Harvest Hill and The Woodlands.
- Actively participate as a member of the Lifecare Executive Management Team reporting to the Executive Director.
