QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the service industry, strong understanding of sales functions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets, ability to work independently and collaboratively, proficient in CRM software, Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and grow the Local Commercial sales department, identify and target potential customers, develop and implement sales strategies, cultivate relationships with existing customers, maintain sales records, prepare reports, stay informed about industry trends, collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation.

Customer Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential customers in the junk removal service industry through market research and networking
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new business opportunities while maintaining and growing current customer base
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and presentations to showcase our services and convert prospects into customers
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and upsell additional services
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements
Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system
- Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide input for sales forecasting and contribute to the development of sales targets
Market Research:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation
- Share insights with the team to continuously enhance our competitive edge
Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop campaigns, and strategies to generate leads
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the service industry
- Strong understanding of the sales function and the ability to articulate complex services to potential customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
