Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Remote with flexibility for on-site event support as needed
Department: Marketing and Sales
Reports to: Director of Marketing and Business Development

Conmission pay only position.

Job Summary:

Tu Sain Entertainment Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing initiatives and drive ticket sales. This role requires a creative strategist with a background in social media marketing, analytics, and performance marketing, who can successfully promote events and boost revenue. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful leader with a deep understanding of market trends and content marketing to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with company objectives to maximize ticket sales.
  • Utilize market research and consumer behavior insights to identify growth opportunities, focusing on event-specific strategies.
  • Event Promotion and Ticket Sales
  • Drive ticket sales through strategic promotions, social media engagement, and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Implement sales funnels and optimize customer journeys to increase conversions and revenue.
  • Social Media Management
  • Create and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, tailoring content to each audience to increase brand awareness and ticket sales.
  • Engage with followers and potential customers to build community and event anticipation.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation
  • Oversee the budget for all marketing initiatives, optimizing spend for maximum ROI and ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
  • Content Creation and SEO
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, leveraging SEO best practices to boost online visibility and traffic to event ticketing sites.
  • Ensure content is on-brand, engaging, and tailored to target demographics.
  • Performance Metrics and Analytics
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and supporting career development within the department.
  • Provide guidance in analytics, creative direction, and best practices.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies, applying this knowledge to maintain a competitive advantage and explore new avenues for ticket sales.
  • Graphic Designer - Flyers
  • Create visually engaging flyer designs for events, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and event teams to conceptualize and deliver unique designs under tight deadlines.
  • Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) to produce high-quality, print-ready and digital-friendly materials.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a focus on ticket sales, analytics, and performance metrics.
  • Strong track record of successfully promoting events and increasing brand reach through innovative strategies.

  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in social media marketing strategies, content creation, and SEO practices.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content design tools.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and other data tools for informed, data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Other: Experience with commission-based roles is preferred, as this role involves commission on ticket sales.

This position is commission based.
