Job Description:

We are seeking a Social Media Manager & Inside Sales Support Specialist to oversee our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and contribute to the growth of our sales efforts. This position offers the unique opportunity to manage the entire content creation process, from filming and editing videos to posting and analyzing performance. In addition to content creation, you'll also work closely with our inside sales team to help customers find the right products and grow our brand’s reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and post daily across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Create and edit content, including filming product demos, tutorials, and promotional videos
  • Edit and repost older content to maintain consistent engagement
  • Monitor social media trends and work to grow our outreach and follower base
  • Collaborate with the team to align social media content with overall marketing goals
  • Assist the inside sales team by answering customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Help customers find the right products based on their needs and provide expert guidance
  • Provide product recommendations and assist with any issues
  • No outbound sales calls required—this role focuses on inbound customer service and sales support
  • Manage ad spend and social media advertising campaigns
  • Analyze ad performance and adjust strategies to optimize results

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Oversee the entire content creation process, from filming to editing to posting
  • Edit videos using software such as Sony Vegas
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice, image, and goals
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and keep up with posting schedules

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience with social media management, content creation, and editing (Sony Vegas familiarity is a plus)
  • Skills: Proficient in video editing, content creation, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Sales: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-Starter: Must be highly motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively without constant supervision
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using social media management tools, video editing software, and analytics tools
  • Adaptability: Willingness to wear multiple hats and pitch in wherever needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
