Minimum of 1 year of trucking sales experience, familiarity with CRM platforms, strong negotiation skills, ability to build rapport with clients, and a proven track record of achieving sales quotas, particularly in B2B medium/large enterprise sales. Must be detail-oriented and able to self-manage.

Present and sell company products and services to customers, prospect new clients, resolve inquiries and complaints, manage sales pipeline using internal CRM, collaborate with marketing on outreach, and develop sales materials.

Located in Compton, CA, we are startup in freight trucking servicing local Los Angeles and San Diego for FTL/LTL services. We service all ocean, domestic and airfreight. We are seeking an Sales assistants to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Develop/Support new business
- Grow and maintain pipeline
- Work with marketing on outreach per region
- Manage/track/report sales with internal CRM
Qualifications:
- Min of 1 year of trucking sales experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Proven track record of achieving quota
- B2B medium/large enterprise sales
- Strong negotiation skills

- Existing book of business in the FTL/LTL industry
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 32 per week
