Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Associate to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the sales of our cutting-edge customer loyalty and engagement solutions across the USA and Canada. This role is pivotal in achieving our sales goals and expanding our market presence. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in building robust sales pipelines through diligent calling and inside sales activities, while also taking full responsibility for meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales for customer loyalty and engagement solutions in the USA and Canada.
  • Achieve revenue targets and ensure market coverage
  • Responsible for consistently building the sales pipeline through calling and inside sales activities.
  • Take ownership of sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • More than 2 years of experience working in a SaaS/CRM/data analysis/marketing solutions company reaching sales targets consistently.
  • Experience in selling solutions to the retail domain will be a bonus.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and to communicate clearly with internal teams.
  • Well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to produce reports and presentations to explain plans and results.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Resident of the Houston area.
Pay
  • Hourly plus commission
