QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, demonstrated interest in sales, strong communication skills, and ability to work either 8:30a-5:30p or 10:30a-7:30p EST. Prior sales experience in a B2B role and virtual demonstration skills preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop strategic customer relationships, conduct outbound calls for new business opportunities, educate customers through virtual demonstrations, meet monthly sales goals, and collaborate with colleagues to drive revenue.

- Relationship Management – Develop strategic relationships with customers to drive advertising revenue through a subscription model and be an essential component of their strategic marketing plan
- New Business Development – Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
- Educate customers on the value of Homes.com through virtual demonstrations
- Initiative/Action Oriented – Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Teamwork – Partner with colleagues to drive Homes.com revenue
- Customer Focus – Develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions

- Bachelor’s Degree: Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited, in-person college or university, with at minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must have graduated in May 2024 or December 2023.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated interest in sales
- Customer Relationship Management: Interest in managing and growing customer relationships through the entire customer life cycle, including contact and pipeline management.
- Commitment: Proven history of commitment to previous employers. Our associates are in the office Monday – Friday.
- Virtual Demonstrations: Experience in selling to customers, peers, professors or organizations and clubs preferably in a virtual environment.
- Ability to work either 8:30a-5:30p OR 10:30a-7:30p EST
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Energetic team contributor with a positive attitude and competitive spirit.
- Results-Oriented: Driven, results-oriented, and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers.

- Prior Sales Experience: Preference for candidates with prior sales experience in a B2B role, especially in digital marketing and advertising or within the residential real estate industry.
