High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year of hospitality experience. Strong command of the English language, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Support the Sales & Marketing team through general office duties, prepare sales-related documents, maintain positive client relationships, answer guest inquiries, participate in business meetings, represent the resort at events, and provide reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

The Sales Coordinator at Performance Hospitality assists the Sales & Marketing team in enhancing brand awareness and maximizing revenue while ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

Purpose:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for performing general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing team. The Sales Coordinator will assist with promoting awareness of brand image internally and externally by gathering materials and assembling information packages (e.g., brochures, promotional materials). Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty. In a continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability in addition to performing the following tasks to the highest standards, this position is also responsible for assisting with servicing business in the hotel in accordance with the marketing plan and assigned market segments while generating a high profile and quality perception in the market place.
Essential Functions:
- Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process (e.g., proposals, contracts, or banquet event orders); filing, sending emails, typing, faxing, copying, etc.;
- Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty to Performance Hospitality.
- Answer guest questions about property facilities/services (e.g., hours of operation, rates and room types, packages, promotions, entertainment, restaurants, special events).
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
- Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
- Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
- Participate in business review meetings, training and other sales related meetings as required.
- Represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions and industry events.
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly Reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.

Command of the English language both written and verbal. Well organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Always maintain a professional appearance and manner. Must be willing to pitch-in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player. Ability to work beyond standard hours when necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the guests needs. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from supervisor. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one (1) year hospitality experience.
