Essential Duties:
Achieves prospect outreach and sales targets along with inbound lead conversations targets through customer pursuit and closed won deals. Researches prospective customer targets and becomes an voice for our services offering. Identifies sales process improvements and go to market insights from outreach and customer interaction. Assists with implementation of sales best practices.

- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage decision-makers for next steps.
- Field inbound marketing-sourced leads.
- Work directly with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to pass qualified leads.
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
- Identify prospect’s needs and initiate values-based sales process used across entire funnel by TDIndustries marketing and sales colleagues.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market via the internet and phone research using social sites, Zoom info,and other outreach tools.
- Report to sales manager with daily, weekly, and monthly results.
- Manage and maintain accurate detailed sales notes within Microsoft CE.
- Achieve daily outreach and other performance metrics to ensure target attainment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 0-2 years sales experience selling over the phone to executives; 0-2 years performance in a sales development role.
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Consultative-selling skills and buyer needs identification
- Strong phone and email communication skills
- Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Desire for continued growth and development
- Proficient use of Salesforce or other leading CRM
- Experience prospecting within database software apps such as Zoominfo/D&B/Everstring/Outreach or similar
