SHORT DESCRIPTION

As an SDR at TraceAir, you'll play a key role in acquiring new accounts and nurturing relationships, leveraging market research and collaboration to drive sales for a fast-growing company in the construction technology space.

About TraceAir

TraceAir is a construction SaaS startup that provides data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites. We currently work with top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada. This is a great chance to work with a fast growing Series B company.


What we do

Today our software guides sitework, so our clients can build on schedule and within budget. Every day across the world, leading industrial, residential, and commercial developers' teams use Traceair to collaborate. For them TraceAir is guiding "single point of truth" that shows and measures daily work progress, helps to optimize the next steps and prevents costly errors.

Position

As an SDR at TraceAir, you'll be playing a crucial role of breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with existing ones within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you'll create towards the bottom line and play one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the greater Revenue team, market research to identify new potential customers, and qualification of these leads by learning about their critical business issues as they relate to Land Development and Acquisition.

Duties

  • Driving TA's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts, generating sales leads that will turn into opportunities and closed-won business.

  • Learn from our AE Team and help build out our world-class Sales Development Playbook and Tech Stack.

  • Educate and develop leads through inbound or outbound prospecting via phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and assorted campaigns.

  • Identify and develop an in-depth understanding of each lead generation process, supporting marketing activities, prospect touch-points, and the handoff to an Account Executive.
  • Generate email sequences, make cold-calls to map and penetrate accounts.

  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.

Compensation: Base salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commissions
