Proven sales success, strong understanding of the real estate market, experience in client relationship management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, motivated with a strong work ethic, proficiency in CRM software, Bachelor's degree preferred, prior experience in real estate or short-term rental hosting is advantageous.

Prima Luxe Property
Prima Luxe Property, a leading provider of short-term rental management services, seeks a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid remote position requiring the candidate to reside in or near Los Angeles, CA. This role is commission-only for individuals with a passion for real estate, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong client relationships.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Outbound Prospecting:
- Identify and contact potential clients
- Use our proprietary methods for identifying prime Short-Term Rental properties.
- Schedule in-person consultations with homeowners.
- Cold call homeowners and propose the idea of turning their home into an investment.
- Build rapport and qualify leads.
- Identify whether or not this homeowner will be a good client to work with.
2. In-Person Consultations:
- Conduct in-person property assessments.
- Take inventory and survey property.
- Present the value proposition of short-term rental management.
- Go over Prima Luxe guarantees and expected earnings
- Address homeowner concerns and answer questions.
- Handle objections and build trust with the homeowner.
3. Proposal Presentation:
- Prepare and deliver a comprehensive three-part proposal outlining the benefits and investment costs of our services.
- After the proposal is sent, we handle the client from there.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking events.
- Client Consultations: Conduct engaging and informative consultations with prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of Prima Luxe Property's short-term rental management services.
- Needs Analysis: Assess client needs and objectives, tailoring presentations and proposals to address their specific requirements and maximize their investment returns.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals, securing client agreements for short-term rental management services.
- Market Research & Analysis: Stay abreast of current market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to optimize sales strategies.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and short-term rental industry.
- Experience in client relationship management and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficient in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate, property management, or short-term rental hosting is highly advantageous.
Compensation:
- Commission-based compensation: 5% commission on the homeowner's investment cost (staging fee) + $350 bonus on each sale. Additionally, we share 10% profit with Prima Luxe on the closed property for a period of 6 months.
- Investment Cost can be anywhere between 10k to 100k, this depends on the properties you prospect and close.
- Example: $40,000 Investment cost
- Commission: $2,000
- Closing Bonus: $350
- Estimated Profit Sharing: $250/month for a period of 6 months

Pay: $44,225.00 - $86,506.00 per year
