Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Coordinator to spearhead our growth initiatives, forge lasting partnerships, and elevate our company's presence in the educational staffing sector. This pivotal role involves conducting online research, generating meetings through warm calling and email communications, cultivating strong client relationships, driving new sales, and managing our social media presence to expand our reach and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through warm calling, social media, and email campaigns. Engage with potential clients to convert leads into sales, implementing strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, upsell our services, and ensure repeat business. Your ability to connect with key decision-makers will be crucial in driving sales growth.
  • Marketing: Enhance The Lingual Tree’s visibility by managing and optimizing our social media accounts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
