TXOne provides OT-focused cybersecurity solutions specifically designed to protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS) from cyberattacks. ICS are complex ecosystems where legacy and next-generation devices work together to keep highly automated production processes moving. However, this complex infrastructure is easily exploitable. ICS vulnerabilities are being attacked in ever-increasing numbers and cyber-attacks are spreading rapidly, disrupting production, damaging assets, and putting lives at risk. TXOne provides solutions to secure environments at both the endpoint and network level to protect operations against known and unknown threats.
What You Will Do:
The Sales Director – LATAM is responsible for leading and executing TXOne’s sales strategy in the Latin American region. This role focuses on revenue growth, customer engagement, and establishing TXOne as a leading provider of OT cybersecurity solutions. Reporting to the Vice President – Americas, the Sales Director will drive sales activities, develop key customer and partner relationships, and oversee the LATAM sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve aggressive revenue targets and expand market share across the LATAM region.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging direct sales efforts and partnerships with channel partners.
- Cultivate and manage senior-level relationships with key enterprise accounts and strategic partners.
- Provide leadership to the LATAM sales team, offering mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development to ensure a high-performing team culture.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and strategies to the unique needs of the LATAM market.
- Represent TXOne Networks at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure adherence to CRM and other business systems for tracking sales activities and reporting.
- Monitor and report on changing market conditions, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to inform product and strategic decisions.
- Travel extensively within the LATAM region to support customer engagements, channel activities, and team collaboration.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Achieves or exceeds assigned sales quota for the LATAM region.
- Meets profitability expectations and demonstrates effective cost management.
- Drives customer retention and growth within the territory.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction in alignment with company standards.
- Completes required training and professional development within the assigned time frame.
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Head of TXOne – Americas.
- Collaborates with regional Business Development Representatives, channel managers, and technical support teams.
- Works closely with the Customer Success and Post-Sales Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Directly manages the LATAM sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
- Proven success in selling to C-level executives, including CISOs and IT/OT Directors.
- Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, including customer needs, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Strong experience in channel sales and building strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value enterprise deals.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a team-oriented mindset.
