Seeking a Sales Director to establish and lead the first sales team for Retentrics, a start-up software company focused on enhancing workplace culture and operational efficiency for automobile dealerships.

About Us: We are a very small but rapidly growing start-up software company located in Tampa, Florida, that has designed an interactive website that offers automobile dealerships nationwide the tools that they need to maintain their staffing levels, thus maximizing their efficiency and sales. Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Director to build and lead our first-ever sales team and drive the growth of our organization. This position will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, establishing strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Hire, train, motivate, supervise, and grow our new sales team, using your abilities to set clear goals and provide direction.

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and alliances.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing contacts and prospective clients, to help understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.

- Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer acquisition.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.

- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including admin, marketing, and product development.

- Reporting: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to company leadership.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in a start-up and B2B environment.

- Solid understanding of sales processes, strategies, and customer relationship management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales plans.

- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Team-oriented leadership style with the ability to motivate and mentor sales professionals.

- Demonstrated use of CRM software including HubSpot, Asana, and Slack, highly encouraged.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.

- Five years of hands-on experience in a similar role; automotive industry preferred.

-Compensation - This is a commission-based position with semi-monthly draws.

Additional Requirements:

-This position will require both local and overnight travel around the US. You must have a clean driving record, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle, and enjoy spending time on airplanes and in hotels.
