The IGT District Sales Leader will lead all go to market activities in their district, including business planning, and strategic downstream activities for this space. This includes both sales, system implementation, and managing existing installed base customers. The focus is on obtaining OIT, Revenue and margin objectives. You will closely collaborate with various Philips Business functions, and NAR commercial leaders to cultivate sales of integrated solutions and large-scale projects. It is critical that you spend considerable time in the market with critical customers, key opinion leaders, and potential partners.
Your Role:
Delivering upon the sales strategy and subsequent execution of driving overall cross-functional solutions for IGT Fixed Systems
Drive an integrated strategy between Equipment and Service Sales. Drive synergy with IGT Device team and team selling/’Pod’ collaboration to grow market share. Coordinate with IGT Corporate Account’s team on IDN and GPO agreements
Drive cohesive strategies and partnership with the ECE AE team for increased focus on IGT and CAAs/LSPs; deep involvement and ownership in the day to day selling/commercial activities
Co-create innovative new solutions collaborating with Business Groups, Commercial Sales organization and Customer
Full ownership and accountability for forecasting; driving the achievement of AOP objectives for OIT, Revenue, CSG, market share, and margin to grow market share. Define and manage the Selex budget for your district. Direct the development of Business Plans for specific solution space for your district (including for NPIs)
Lead a team of ~8 Key Account Managers and Specialists. Drive sales excellence to ensure proactive visibility of prospecting opportunities and driving sales strategies
You are the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 10+ years of professional experience; Consulting, product management/strategy/product marketing either in the healthcare information system or medical device space, including experience working in a regulated environment is highly preferred.
Sales Management experience required.
Your skills include: Extensive experience in negotiating and deal closing with customers and third-party organizations, as well as management and influence of senior level leaders (internally and externally); Robust knowledge of clinical workflows on a departmental and clinical level; Strong track-record of senior relationship management including frequent and longitudinal engagement with executives and/or major customers.
You have a Bachelor’s degree, MBA desired

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $299,000 to $348,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
