Summary:
The Sales Enablement Manager leads the strategic process of equipping our sales team with the tools, content, and information needed to sell more effectively and efficiently. This role is integral to the Sales and GTM Strategy team and is crucial in aligning marketing efforts with sales execution to drive revenue across our portfolio. You must be able to balance long-term strategy with short-term results, focused on execution in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing cross-functional projects and cultivating strong relationships with senior stakeholders is a must. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Strategy and GTM, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Training and Development: Lead regular training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product features, market trends, and sales techniques.
  • Sales Content Creation: Produce and maintain up-to-date sales materials such as case studies, product data sheets, presentations, and demos that sellers can use to engage prospects and customers effectively.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure sales and marketing teams are aligned in their goals, messaging, and strategies.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement, adjust strategies, and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner with Revenue Planning, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership on sales strategy against new products.
  • Tool Provisioning: Identify, implement, and manage tools and technologies that help the sales team track leads, manage relationships, and close deals.
Required Experience + Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
  • Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, operations and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Experience in retail, ecommerce or technology

Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location.
