The Sales Enablement Manager at Rakuten Rewards will equip the sales team with necessary tools and content, align marketing and sales strategies, and drive revenue through effective training and analytics.

Summary:
- Training and Development: Lead regular training sessions to keep the sales team updated on product features, market trends, and sales techniques.
- Sales Content Creation: Produce and maintain up-to-date sales materials such as case studies, product data sheets, presentations, and demos that sellers can use to engage prospects and customers effectively.
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure sales and marketing teams are aligned in their goals, messaging, and strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement, adjust strategies, and measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Partner with Revenue Planning, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership on sales strategy against new products.
- Tool Provisioning: Identify, implement, and manage tools and technologies that help the sales team track leads, manage relationships, and close deals.
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales enablement, sales, or marketing.
- Familiarity with content management systems and learning management systems.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, operations and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales enablement tools.
- Experience in retail, ecommerce or technology
