Cellebrite is looking for a Sales Enablement Programs & Operations Manager to optimize sales productivity and enhance onboarding and training within the organization.

Cellebrite is seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Programs & Operations Manager. This position reports to the Global Sales Enablement Manager and collaborates with Sales, Product, Marketing and other relevant stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

Learning Management System Lead - Seismic

  • Play a key role in the redesign, rollout, and training of the learning management system.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the LMS, working with content developers as well as content consumers to ensure positive outcomes.

The Team

  • Work as part of the broader Sales Enablement team to develop & implement programs to optimize sales productivity and accelerate ramp times.
  • Drive transformation in sales skills and mindsets through onboarding, ongoing enablement, and other development programs.
  • Assist in building and overseeing sales certification processes.
  • Contribute to content creation and promote effective utilization of training materials.
  • Establish repeatable programs to enhance efficiency and track measurable outcomes.
  • Develop supporting resources and processes to standardize sales workflows and improve productivity.
  • Design and execute annual and quarterly enablement strategies by collaborating with key stakeholders, evaluating needs, and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Partner with leadership to align on priorities, secure buy-in, and drive execution of enablement strategies.
  • Provide feedback, updates, and reports to sales managers on the impact and progress of enablement initiatives.
  • Provide feedback to curriculum designers to ensure training content remains current and impactful.

Requirements:
  • Sales Enablement Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or sale enablement experience.
  • Sales Methodology Design: Familiarity with implementing and tailoring sales methodologies such as Challenger and MEDDPICC.
  • Technical Knowledge: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and aligning sales content to relevant stages and activities in the sales cycle.
  • Enablement Platforms: Experience using modern enablement platforms featuring mobile learning, gamification, experiential learning, and robust analytics. Seismic experience preferred.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Communication & Facilitation Skills: Strong, engaging communicator with the ability to connect with both technical and business-focused audiences, particularly in virtual settings.
  • Influencing & Change Management: A high-energy, adaptable professional capable of working effectively with diverse personalities across the globe. Must be comfortable engaging with all organizational levels, conducting needs assessments, and providing individual skill feedback to managers.
  • Strategic Mindset: Entrepreneurial thinker with a focus on outcomes and the ability to align and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, develop strategies, and execute tactical initiatives. Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally, as needed. Estimated travel around 10-15%.
  • This is a Remote position, prefer candidates in the East or Central US Timezone
