You will design and deliver training programs that empower these teams to effectively communicate and sell our cyber security solutions. Collaborating closely with sales leadership, product teams, and marketing, you will ensure the content and approach are aligned with business goals and the ever-changing cyber security landscape.

Your focus will be on creating impactful, scalable training initiatives that not only improve individual performance but also strengthen team collaboration and sales effectiveness.

  • Ongoing Education: Provide continuous training on new products, features, market trends, and emerging cyber security threats to ensure the team stays informed and ahead of the curve.

  • Sales Skills Enhancement: Provide training on consultative selling, objection handling, solution selling, and advanced sales techniques tailored to the cyber security market.

  • Create Training Materials: Develop high-quality training materials such as slide decks, e-learning modules, playbooks, product one-sheets, and competitive battle cards that support the sales team’s success.

  • Implement Sales Tools: Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure the team is effectively using sales tools (CRM, sales automation, etc.), providing training and support as needed.

  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify training gaps and develop targeted programs to improve individual and team performance.

  • Work with Product & Marketing Teams: Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales training and company messaging, product releases, and customer success stories.

  • Internal Knowledge Sharing: Organize internal webinars, lunch-and-learns, or knowledge-sharing sessions to keep the sales team engaged and informed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • At least 5 years in sales enablement, training, or technical leadership roles—preferably in a cyber security or tech environment.

  • A deep understanding of cyber security products, solutions, and industry trends. You should be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms and able to train both technical and non-technical teams effectively.

  • Strong knowledge of consultative selling, sales enablement strategies, and sales methodologies. Experience training sales and technical teams on cyber security products is highly preferred.
