Compensation
- $100,00 base + commission
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic MSP and channel partners.
- Sales Execution: Develop and manage target acquisition strategies to expand channel partnerships and revenue growth.
- Marketing Collaboration: Support marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and educate partners on service offerings.
- Pipeline Development: Generate partner opportunities through outbound communication and marketing strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Account-Based Marketing: Execute custom sales efforts for key strategic targets.
- Partner Enablement: Provide training, sales support, and technical assistance to enhance partner success.
- Performance Management: Evaluate partner sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Forecasting: Manage sales pipelines, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Experience:
- 4-6 years in cybersecurity sales or B2B account management
- 2-3 years in security consulting or managed services preferred.
- Proven track record in channel sales, supporting partner growth, and quota attainment.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators (SI) and large Managed Service Providers (MSPs) essential.
- Experience with Penetration Testing and/or Vulnerability Management.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Expertise in building strategic relationships with C-level executives (CISO, CIO, CEO, etc).
- Effective pipeline generation and forecast accuracy to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to navigate complex decision-making environments and drive high-performance results.
