We are hiring on behalf of a leading land investment company that specializes in providing affordable land across the U.S. This client is dedicated to making land ownership accessible and helping individuals secure their futures through tangible asset investments. They are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

This role is ideal for an experienced, results-driven salesperson with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-touch sales environments.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify and connect with potential buyers through online marketing campaigns, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert leads into long-term clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the buying process.
  • Provide comprehensive information on available land, pricing, and purchase procedures to guide clients in making informed decisions.

3. Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Conduct consultative sales calls, addressing client needs and overcoming objections to secure deals.
  • Negotiate terms of sale to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while upholding company objectives.

4. Transaction Documentation and Compliance:

  • Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure all sales transactions are documented accurately and comply with company and legal standards.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records in CRM platforms.

5. Market Research and Insights:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and client feedback to support strategic planning.

Key Qualifications:

  • Sales Excellence: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally with high-ticket or consultative sales.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience with real estate, land sales, or related industries is highly advantageous.
  • Technological Proficiency: Skilled in leveraging CRM tools and other sales software to manage pipelines and track progress.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Resilience and Tenacity: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to challenges and maintain focus on achieving goals.

Preferred Experience:

  • We are ideally looking for 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally in industries involving high-value, long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with land transactions, investment products, or similar fields is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with real estate or land sales is a strong plus
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation:

Compensation:

Base Salary: $1,800–$2,000 per month.

Commissions: Uncapped commissions on closed deals, providing unlimited earning potential.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $4,500–$5,500 per month for top performers, reflecting both base salary and commissions.

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday, with flexibility for weekend availability based on client needs.
