Seeking a B2B Agency Training Manager to support team growth and sales initiatives while promoting a positive culture within the organization.

Seeking a professional business to business Agency Training Manager to grow our team in the El Paso county area. The city of Colorado Springs and its suburbs make up a booming market and Colonial has had a 20% growth for the last 3 years, with multiple QTD sales plan hits as well as producing 10 different 10k90 hits and 3 20k90 hit . We're looking for more great people great people to help continue that trend! Will work closely as a 1099 with the District General Agent and other Agency Development Managers to drive sales and assist in training new talent.
