Position Overview:
We are seeking two experienced and dynamic Sales Managers who will take an active role in both driving sales and guiding the marketing strategies of the company. These individuals will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to boost revenue while collaborating closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidates will possess a strong sales background combined with marketing expertise, with the ability to lead teams, foster client relationships, and develop impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by developing effective strategies, meeting targets, and expanding client relationships.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service and solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Lead the development of sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to guide the development of marketing campaigns that support sales objectives.
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure marketing efforts are targeted, impactful, and effectively contribute to sales goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of both sales and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment and success.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of both sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including team leadership roles.
  • Strong experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales/marketing platforms.
  • Based in Dallas, TX, with the ability to meet company and client needs on-site.
