Introduction: Xclaymation, a cutting-edge creative communications consultancy, is seeking a proactive and dedicated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales in the NY/NJ markets. This fully remote role involves promoting and selling a broad range of services such as offshore design services, comprehensive marketing campaigns, high-quality video production, impactful marketing and sales collaterals, dynamic employee engagement campaigns, and robust brand-building services. Our esteemed client roster includes notable names like Wolters Kluwer, Dollar General, and Dallas ISD, underscoring our capability and trust within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to maximize client acquisition and revenue generation across NY/NJ markets.
  • Maintain responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from sourcing potential clients to closing deals.
  • Facilitate virtual sales presentations and meetings with potential clients, leveraging video conferencing tools to engage with Xclaymation leadership and teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-to-large companies' CMOs and Sales teams, as well as funded startups seeking a dedicated marketing and design firm.
  • Deliver interactive presentations that showcase Xclaymation’s services in offshore design, video production, and comprehensive campaign management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to develop proposals that effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably within the marketing, advertising, or design sectors, with specific experience in the NY/NJ markets.
  • Strong capability in virtual communication and presentation skills, crucial for a fully remote role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining productive client relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience working with mid-to-large companies and funded startups, particularly in the tech, marketing, and sales enablement sectors.
