Generate sales leads, manage the sales process utilizing HubSpot CRM, coordinate marketing events, maintain high occupancy rates, build partnerships with local brokers, provide feedback on marketing performance, and support community engagement through events and social media.

Seeking an experienced salesperson to drive occupancy growth in San Antonio's coworking space by generating leads, executing marketing strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

With a brand new location in San Antonio, we offer high-quality private offices and meeting rooms with a modern-industrial design.
Summary
Experienced salesperson with excellent interpersonal skills. Knows how to generate leads through networking, and later closing deals. Provides excellent customer service and accurately assesses all customer needs. Utilizes their past experience in real estate/hospitality/leasing to aid in the responsibility of delivering high occupancy for two coworking locations. Coordinates and executes in-house and out-of-house marketing events. Demonstrates a professional image of the Venture X brand at all times and is the face of this location for all sales channels and marketing partners.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Create sales lead generation plan by channel (commercial real estate brokers, digital ad spend, networking events, promotional events, sponsorships, etc.)
● Experience with HubSpot CRM with the ability to move leads through the sales process successfully
● Provide guidance and support marketing planning efforts - digital ad spend, local events, branding, etc.
● Identify new opportunities for sales and marketing pre-open to ensure proper placement of investment in sales and marketing efforts for the best ROI
● Work with ownership team to create a roadmap for sales and marketing with the goal of reaching and keeping occupancy over 80%
● Partner with local brokerages / commercial real estate brokers to get access to their National Accounts Sales teams to generate corporate account sales leads and engage with customer contacts
● Stay connected with business events and local business networks to be in tune with how businesses are moving, and what businesses are coming into town.
● Collaborate and support leadership team with pricing methodology by providing experiential and market research feedback
● Friendly interaction with competition for referrals
● Monitor the performance of the digital marketing channel. Provide feedback to leadership team as to performance and recommend if changes need to be made.
● Attend training sessions by UFG for Venture X community/sales management
● Learn UFG / Venture X processes from training in order to ensure success of both locations
● Learn about all the amenities offered by Deerfield locations in order to properly communicate to channel sales partners, and customers
● Learn about local competition in order to be able to differentiate Venture X appropriately for channel sales partners, prospects, and for marketing material.
● Build relationships/discounts with local businesses (dry cleaning, clubs, restaurants for catering, MTA, shuttles, etc.)
● Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and personal introductions
● Support social media and website activities
● Resolve member issues with professionalism and patience
● Support events coordination with community coordinator as needed
● Support customer satisfaction surveys from time to time to identify opportunities for improvement and increasing customer satisfaction
● Maintain company standards and expectations
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience:
Any combination of education, training, or general experience that would provide the required skills and knowledge base sufficient enough for job performance. This includes:
- Commercial Real Estate Sales and marketing experience
- Coworking / Flex space community management or sales experience
- B2B sales experience especially in Deerfield area
- Leasing experience
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Sufficient formal or informal education to assure the ability to use simple math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing whole numbers and fractions, as well as converting fractions to decimals)
- Pass all assessments/inventories administered during the hiring process.
Knowledge: Correct English usage including spelling, grammar, and punctuation; ability to proofread; basic math, basic sales and negotiation skills, experience with a POS/Accounting software system; using a keyboard for typing/data input, computer basics including Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills:
● Communication skills including negotiations, listening, speaking, hearing, and writing, consulting, being able to assess need and offer possible solutions for consideration; time management; using the phone book or other lists to generate contact companies.
● Basic Microsoft Office skill set

Physical Demands:
- Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
- Must have the ability to operate a computer and monitor for long periods of time.
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift over 50-60 lbs.
Venture X provides competitive pay with a base and bonus structure.
