Seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team in a growing SaaS company, focusing on achieving revenue goals and driving strategic initiatives.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and supervise our sales team. Thisrole will be pivotal in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives within our SaaS
environment, ensuring that revenue goals are met or exceeded. The Sales Manager will
oversee SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) and Account Executives, and ideally,
will also participate as a closer when necessary. This is a hands-on role that requires
strong leadership, excellent communication skills in English, and experience driving
performance in fast-paced SaaS organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and manage a team of SDRs and Account Executives to
meet and exceed sales targets. -
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development
opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Clickguard’s
customer base and achieve short- and long-term revenue objectives.

Monitor key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, average deal
size) and adjust tactics to maintain strong sales performance.
- Pipeline Management

Establish and maintain a rigorous pipeline management process, ensuring
consistent and accurate forecasting. -
Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead generation strategies and engage
high-quality prospects.
- Closing Deals

Act as a closer for high-value or strategic deals when necessary, leveraging
strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. -
Work closely with Account Executives to refine their closing techniques and
improve their success rates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Marketing to align on demand generation campaigns, lead
quality, and sales enablement materials. -
Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and
retention of new customers.
- Reporting & Analytics

Track and analyze sales performance, presenting insights and
recommendations to the leadership team. -
Use data to drive decision-making, setting realistic goals, and identifying
opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Knowledge and good understanding of PPC.

2+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry,
with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Leadership & Management:

Proven success leading SDR and Account Executive teams, including
hiring, training, and performance management. - Experience designing and implementing sales processes for rapid growth.
- SaaS Expertise:
-
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales
tools used for prospecting, forecasting, and reporting. -
Understanding of subscription-based models, recurring revenue, and
renewal strategies.
- Closing Skills:
-
Demonstrable experience closing deals, especially in high-value or complex
sales scenarios. - Strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal development abilities.
- Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional
languages are a plus. -
Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner to both technical
and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking:

Proficiency in analyzing sales data, forecasting, and developing actionable
insights. -
A strategic mindset, able to anticipate market changes and adapt sales
approaches accordingly.
- Work Schedule:
- This role requires availability from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST, ensuring alignment with our team and customers across various time zones.
