QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in B2B sales to solar installers is a plus, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, customer-oriented attitude, negotiation abilities, and willingness to travel 50% of the time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for direct sales, creating a network of resellers, marketing and onboarding solar installers, establishing customer relationships, tracking sales strategies, maintaining accurate records, and submitting market intelligence.

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Engage in direct sales and marketing activities to promote Ensite's solar products, while developing relationships with solar installers to enhance business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for direct sales including selling, marketing, promoting, and demonstrating our products. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Ensite's products.
  • Create a network of resellers to increase reach.
  • Market and on-board solar installers.
  • Increase business by generating sales to solar installers.
  • Collaborate with leadership and team to plan, execute, and track sales strategies for both new and existing markets.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify customer requirements and preferences to offer a tailored solution to each customer.
  • Gather and submit market intelligence to management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records including sales call schedules and expense reports.

Required skills:

  • Experience in B2B sales to solar installers is a huge plus.
  • Ability to exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude towards customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
  • Customer oriented and motivated with excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to drive decisions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to build relationships with solar installers in designated territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $310,000.00 per year
